Food & Beverage Vendors

Want to join us at the Eagle Rodeo? We are growing and expanding our vendors every year. Eagle Rodeo wants to hear from you for our upcoming PRCA Rodeo event.

We are excited to be hosting food trucks and merchants. All vendors are required to apply and be accepted. Application forms are below. We do verify all permits are valid and comply with all Health Department regulations. Therefore, we have an application fee of $35. This does not guarantee your spot.

Our goal is to review and carefully select our vendors to provide a balance for our attendees. Applications will be reviewed based on the following criteria: quality, variety, price point, health standards, booth appearance and power use requirements. We do not have hard wire power and utilize generators on site.

Notification of approved and accepted vendors will be completed by March. Your vendor agreement and booth fees are due upon approval. We will continue to review and accept applications until all spots have been filled.
