Kelly Hebert is a longtime Idaho photographer and cowgirl at heart, dedicated to preserving the stories of the West. Since 2021, she’s been the official photographer of the Eagle Rodeo, capturing everything from Jr. Rodeo action to the legendary after party, fan candids and images that make our rodeo’s brand. Her work is rooted in authenticity, tradition and the in-between moments that make rodeo life unforgettable.
One of her favorite moments came in 2022 , when, right after the kid’s events, she witnessed a lamb being born behind the arena. It’s those raw, unexpected moments that fuel her passion for Western storytelling and define Kelly Hebert Photography.

Anna Cordova Allen
Social Media Manager
Anna Cordova Allen joined Eagle Rodeo as a volunteer in 2021 working behind the bars and in the merch trailer. She moved into assisting with social media in 2024 before stepping into the role of Social Media Manager in 2025. Wife, boy mom, and lifelong horse owner, Anna’s values are deeply rooted in the western way of life and she brings genuine heritage and heart to everything she creates. Her experience, energy, eye for storytelling, and fundamental understanding and passion for rodeo help her capture both the big arena excitement and the quiet, behind the scenes moments that showcase the heart of rodeo year-round.
