Youth Steer Riding Release Agreement(Required)

REQUIREMENTS

All contestants MUST be BETWEEN SEVEN & NINE YEARS OLD and be NO MORE THAN 85 POUNDS. All contestants are required to wear long pants, long-sleeve shirt, and appropriate shoes, preferably boots (no open toed shoes or sandals will be allowed). Helmets are at the option of the parent/legal guardian but are strongly encouraged. Any contestant not dressed properly will NOT be permitted to ride.

RELEASE

Agreement: As consideration for being allowed to participate and/or compete in the event of the Eagle Rodeo the Undersigned agrees to the following: The Undersigned acknowledges that rodeos are dangerous activities and the participation in a rodeo exposes the contestant to substantial and serious risk of property damage or personal injury. The Undersigned releases Eagle Rodeo Inc., Eagle Assisted Growth and Learning Environment (E.A.G.L.E.), the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA), stock contractors, rodeo committee, volunteers and sponsors from liability for any and all property damage, personal injuries or other claims arising from the participation in the Eagle Rodeo including those that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent. The Undersigned covenants that the Undersigned shall not now or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit or other proceeding against the Eagle Rodeo Inc., Eagle Assisted Growth and Learning Environment (E.A.G.L.E.), the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA), all members, stock contractors, rodeo committee, volunteers and sponsors concerning, arising out of, or related to the actions, claims and demands hereby waived, released, or discharged by the Undersigned. The Undersigned has full power, authority, capacity and right (without limitations) to execute, deliver, and perform this Eagle Rodeo Entry and Release Agreement. This Eagle Rodeo Entry and Release Agreement shall be binding upon the Undersigned and the Undersigned fully understands its terms and conditions and has voluntarily executed and delivered this release.

Because the Contestant is under 18 years of age I, as a parent/guardian of the above-named Contestant, have read this Eagle Rodeo Entry, Requirements and Release Agreement and fully understand and agree that the Contestant and I give up substantial rights and assume any and all risks of participation by signing below. I acknowledge that I read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement and agree with each and every term and condition.

REQUIREMENTS

All contestants MUST be SIX YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER and be UNDER 65 POUNDS. All contestants are required to furnish and wear a sturdy helmet, long pants, long-sleeve shirt and appropriate shoes, preferably boots (no open toed shoes or sandals will be allowed). NO ROPES OR SPURS ALLOWED. Any contestant not dressed as described will NOT be permitted to ride.

Helmets are at the option of the parent/legal guardian, but are strongly encouraged. Any contestant not dressed properly will NOT be permitted to ride.
