Kids Events

Registration is closed for all kids event

Your child’s entry fee includes free admission to the rodeo for your child
competing, and one free companion ticket for an adult/guardian. All other family and friends attending must purchase a ticket, even if they are only watching the junior rodeo and not the main performance.

The day of your event please arrive at the rodeo grounds at 5:00pm. Kids Events will start at 6:00pm.

MUTTON BUSTING AND STEER RIDING CONTESTANTS MUST PARK IN GENERAL PARKING. ONLY BARREL RACERS WITH HORSE TRAILERS MAY PARK IN CONTESTANT PARKING.

Please refer to dress code/safety gear requirements for your respective event below. When you
arrive, please follow the signage at the front entrance for check in location.

Mutton Busting

$40.00 Entry Fee

Participant Requirements:

MUST be 6 years of age or younger on January 1st of current year

MUST be under 65 pounds

MUST have a release signed by a parent or legal guardian(s)

Western rodeo dress code is required for all participants.

All participants are required to furnish and wear a sturdy helmet (helmets range from snowboarding to lacross to bike)

No ropes allowed

Youth Steer Riding

$40.00 Entry Fee

Participant Requirements:

MUST be between 7 & 9 years old and weigh no more than 85 pounds on January 1st of current year

MUST have a release signed by a parent or legal guardian(s)

Western rodeo dress code is required for all participants.

Helmets required

Steer Riding

$40.00 Entry Fee

Participant Requirements:

MUST be between 9 & 13 years old on January 1st of current year

MUST have a release signed by a parent or legal guardian(s)

Western rodeo dress code is required for all participants.
